COVID-19

CURRENT COVID PROTOCOLS

We’re excited to announce that our clinic is open to the public. Effective April 4, 2022, we will no longer limit clients per appointment. If you are unvaccinated, our staff asks that you wear a face mask for the entirety of your time inside of the clinic.

To create a safe & comfortable experience for all of our patients, we are operating under Fear Free guidance. If you’re coming for an appointment or service, please come inside to start your check-in process. If you have a feline, please sit in our waiting area on the side for felines specifically. If you have a canine, please sit on the canine side. If you have both a feline and canine, please sit on the canine side or ask for a room to wait in. This will help eliminate stressful factors that can affect your pet’s experience at our hospital.

We appreciate your flexibility and grace as we navigate these new hospital changes. We also ask for your patience, understanding, and kindness as we are doing everything we can to care for your pets while keeping you and the Appanasha team as safe as possible.

Please note: If you or someone in your household has symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) OR has been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know BEFORE coming to the clinic. If your pet is in immediate need of care, please have a friend or family member transport your pet to the clinic.  We are prepared to take additional necessary precautions for handling these situations so we can be here for you and your pet during these difficult times.

We look forward to caring for your pet!
