Dr. Heidi Leder

I moved back to the Fox Valley in May 2019 after practicing veterinary medicine in Athens, WI for 2 years, Greenville, North Carolina for 7 years and Lakewood, Colorado for 3.5 years. I couldn’t be more excited to have found a position at Appanasha Pet Clinic. I love being a part of a compassionate and hardworking team that strives to provide the best care for their patients. This team is able to provide that care because they understand the importance of the bond between a pet and their owner. They are family! I look forward to helping you provide the care needed to keep your pet healthy, happy and live with a great quality of life into their golden years.

I am originally from Bear Creek, Wisconsin. I completed my undergraduate degree at UW – River Falls, and my veterinary degree at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. In 2015, I became certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture.

I live with my cats Fidel and Gymbob as well as care for my urban chickens. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, shooting sporting clays, and traveling. I keep active with crossfit, aerial dance, biking, skiing, kayaking, and most any other outdoor activity.
